Most affordable table prices in the business
KRE takes pride in offering some of the best table prices in the business. Our 2013 table rental rate is $35.00 per day for a 6 foot table and 2 chairs. This also includes admission for you and your help.
Only vendors who have purchased a table may sell animals at our events. We do not allow walking vendors.
Kentucky Dept of Fish & Wildlife does require that all animals imported into the state be accompanied by a signed transportation permit which is available online for a cost of $25.00. You can obtain that permit at the link below.
Kentucky also asks that all vendors be registered to collect 6% sales tax. We have temporary tax certificates available but ultimatley it is your responsibility to ensure you are in compliance with the department of revenue!
Concessions are sold on site at every venue and none of our venues allow carried in food items.
Willis Dunn is the exclusive vendor of live crickets at our events. No other vendors are permitted to sell live crickets.
Vendors seeking table space should call at least 10 days prior to the show you are needing space for.
First time vendors are expected to pre-pay for their table space prior to setting up. "Regular vendors" may pay for their tables by 3pm the day of the show.
Vendors who cancel their tables without 48 hours notice or "no show" the day of the show will be responsible for the full cost of their tables for that day and lose their right to vend at later KREs until all past bills are paid in full. "No show" vendors will also be required to pay in advance, for any future shows.
A very limited number of tables are available each month so please make your reservations early!
We stringently enforce Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Law and no abuses of this law will be tolerated by our vendors or attendees. Please ask if you have any questions reguarding the legality of any animal in the state of Kentucky.
